The first trade edition of Brussels-born English poet and proprietor of the Poetry Bookshop, London, Harold Edward Monro's (1879-1932) fourth published collection of verse. In his review for 'The Egoist', T. S. Eliot commented that the collection 'as a whole makes a more complete impression than any but a very few of recent years'. A large paper issue in boards, limited to twenty-five copies, was published concurrently.
